Troubleshooting

The game is running slowly
Try closing other apps to free up memory. On larger boards (20×20+), performance may vary depending on your device capabilities.
I can't move my piece
Ensure the move follows chess rules for that piece type. Some moves may be blocked by other pieces or board boundaries.
Audio is not working
Check your device volume settings and ensure the app has permission to play audio. You can also check audio settings within the game menu.
Game crashes on startup
Try reinstalling the app. Ensure your device OS is up to date. If the problem persists, contact support with your device details.
Lost progress or saved games
The game saves progress locally on your device. Uninstalling or clearing app data will reset progress. Cloud saves are not currently supported.
